Richard Scheib
Born and raised in the Central Susquehanna Valley, Attorney Richard Scheib graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Administration in Business as an accounting major. He moved on to Widener University School of Law in 1992 where he passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam in the same year. Richard then graduated from Georgetown University School of Law with a Legal Masters in Taxation in 1993.
For over 25 years, Richard has practiced law in Central Pennsylvania and is a proud member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Throughout those 25 years and still today, Richard lives out his passion for uncomplicating the process of home buying and returning the joy to the process for all involved. With this passion comes extensive hands-on experience in real estate settlements, title insurance, and various other critical real estate matters.
Karissa J. Koch
Karissa brings over 11 years of real estate experience to Scheib Settlement Services. After joining the team in 2015, she continually proves her unique knowledge and expertise is an asset to the company and its clients. Karissa completed the 17 week Certified Closing Professional Mortgage Industry Credentialing Course (CCP) on September 13, 2019. Along with deep insights into the real estate industry, Karissa brings an unwavering dedication to exceptional customer service.
Brandi A. Wagner
Joining the Scheib Settlement Services team in 2018, Brandi is our clients’ go-to person. She’s the expert behind-the-scenes preparing deeds, closing documents, title policies, and other life-changing real estate documents.
